There is no fast way in getting the results for gain weight. Most important is taking the right food for your body consistently every single day and will slowly see some weight gain.
You will be surprised that gaining weight is actually tougher and slower than those who wants to lose weight.
What is the right food? Taking the food that does contains balance nutrition. Balance nutrition means all the vitamin and minerals needed by our body cells. We need to feed our cells so that your cells will be healthy and able to do the task that they should. In another words, your cells can perform at the optimum level.
Avoid unhealthy food like fried or oily food. Junkies are to be avoided. Drink more milk or soya which is good for your body. Remember to take lesser sugar. Too much sugar in the body is harmful too.
Drinking sufficient water, at least 2L of H2O per day. If can drink more, it will be better for your body. Our body consists 70% of water. If we don't drink sufficient water, our body will get dehydrated and critical illness will slowly build up as well.
