There is a weight gain diet menu that is so simple and easy to follow in getting the results for gaining weight. Let me share with you how does the menu look like:
Breakfast = Balance based protein breakfast
Lunch = Normal lunch and add on with balance based protein food/drink
Dinner = Normal dinner and add on with balance based protein food/drink
Supper = Balance based protein food/drink
Drinking sufficient water of at least 2L per day.
